• Resident agent Service - Most states require that your corporation maintain a registered/resident agent. Your resident agent must be an adult residing within the state of incorporation and must provide a physical address within the state of incorporation (no P.O. boxes).

To reduce incorporation costs, many of our clients prefer to act as resident agent for the corporation being formed. However, if you require additional privacy, or if you do not have a physical address within the state of incorporation, we can provide you with a resident agent.  We also support our International clients after the Incorporation Process with our USA Virtual Office Solutions as well as the USA Business Representation – USAgent Program. 

Employer Identification Number (EIN)

EIN is a nine-digit number (for example, 12-3456789) assigned to sole proprietors, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and other entities by the United States Internal Revenue Service for tax filing and reporting purposes. If you form a corporation you must get Employer ID Number to open bank account for the corporation.

Since July 2003, non-US citizens who do not have a valid SSN (Social Security Number) must apply first for an ITIN in order to be able to apply for an EIN. Two applications must be filled: first an application to obtain the ITIN and then another to obtain the EIN. The process of obtaining ITIN may take a minimum of 7-8 weeks and then 24 hours to obtain EIN for the company.
