For a successful trade show, professional preparation, implementation and follow-ups are of utmost importance. For many years now, LMT Corporation has been offering Foreign companies the following services:

• Providing appropriate contacts for American trade show events
• Support with meeting deadlines and the legal and proceduresl requirements set by each state and trade show event
• Supervising set-up and dismantling of your trade show booth 

Pleaser advise us of the event/ trade show/ exhibit that requires your attendance; the nature of your organization’s presence; the venue and duration of event or trade show. We will then coordinate with you to discuss details, and finalize a proposal for your consideration.  

NOTE: We need a minimum of four weeks notice to prepare for a trade show event.

Terms of Service:

All fees must be confirmed paid two weeks before actual representation service. In situations when the event is canceled or postponed, the client shall be responsible for all additional charges that result from said cancellation or postponement.  In situations where a representative of LMT Corporation is not able to make it to such an event as stipulated in prior contract or agreement, LMT Corporation will offer full refund to the client, as well as all additional fees negotiated up to that point.  Our fees will range depending on the type of task and time involved and shall be tailored to the client's requirements.
